Think of it as a service plan for your website: managed hosting, security, uptime, and your domain renewed every year, all handled for you. Small changes whenever you need them are included too, and if anything breaks we fix it at no extra charge.
What counts as a small change?
Text updates, new photos, changed hours, updated contact details - anything that keeps your existing site current. Full rebuilds or large additions like new pages are quoted separately at R499.
It's already built - why do I pay every month?
Building it is only half of it. A website needs hosting, security, and a domain renewed every year or it goes offline - that's what the R99 covers, plus we handle any changes for you. Think of it like a service plan for your car: a little each month so you never get a big surprise bill and it never leaves you stranded. A web developer typically charges R500+ a month for the same thing - you get all of it for R99.
How long does it take to get my website live?
Usually 2-3 days. You send your business details, logo, and photos; we build it, you approve it, and it goes live.
Do I need any technical knowledge to have a website?
None. We handle everything - hosting, domain, updates, and maintenance. If you need a change, just send us a message and we'll take care of it.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime. We'll transfer your domain to you immediately and send you the transfer code - it's yours to keep. Once cancelled, hosting and maintenance end, so you'll need to arrange your own hosting if you want to keep the site live.
